SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7-15 business days after dispatch. Product-specific estimates shown on a product page take priority. Tracking is sent by email after dispatch. Address changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours; after fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Contact support within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. Do not send items back without return authorization. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after review.
